What a manner of privilege is it for the weak to say "I am strong"! Our weaknesses may be the weakest ever, but they cannot stand the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We are powerful beyond measures. No one can accurately measure the length and breadth of our power!

When our power is attempted to be measured out with a tape-measure, zillion tape-measures will be gone and they have to ask for more tape! More tapes cannot reach the end our power!

We are going as far as we can to grasp our trophies!

Change the wine into water!

Life is not a straight or easy corridor along which we travel. Yes, it's true! Some things do happen some times and you got to accept them the way they arrived before you can do something next!

When life gives you a mess, change it into a message! Let the world know that message. Let it transform people; let it not mess you up. It may have been designed like that, so that your worst miseries will turn to become an interesting history!

When life gives you a lemon, make lemonade! Lemon is bitter, but lemonade is better; it’s sweet! Add your own flavours to the bitter stories that come to meet you unexpectedly. They will become sweeter!

Don't frown when you get hurt; never curse when you are disappointed! You are only adding pepper to your lemon after all. That is already a bitter solution. Never let the sun go down on that bitter solution; it will get fermented and smell badly! Think about it... It's not drinkable!

Life gives what it gives; you must make what you can make from it. If it gives you a wine, you can distil water from it and keep the chaff away! You are an artisan. You can carve a nice image even from the hardest wood. You can also choose to leave the wood untouched and lose your image!

That's what happens. When you refuse to curve your image well from the hard wood, you lose your image!

Don't lose it... Something good can come out from Nazareth! You can do it. I know you can! It's never late; You can! Go, try again!

Be opportunity minded!

If we are determined to change the world, then we must be willing to be and stand for a leadership that targets its opportunities rather than the leadership that targets its opposition!

Many people we called leaders today are just "professional manipulators" under whose auspices "violence" is perpetrated to the detriment of calling duties and opportunities that beckon them. You may see or hear of a country engulfed by poverty, famine, lack of education and diseases and feel pity for the citizens. However, their own leaders at that moment are busily financing the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction! So unwise!

Selfish leaders who are quick to hoard facilities for themselves and their families cannot make the world a better place for you and for me! It also means if we are also going to make the world a better place for others, we must look for needs that should be solved, not opponents that should be dealt with!

Be a true leader, transforming your territory!

Go, go a little more!

One of the tragic emergencies that stop people from getting to where they are going is "how much they are making"!

People who should have been soaring as eagles are perching as weaver birds all because they are complacent with the little they have accomplished! If you have accomplished 100, it means you can get to 1,000. And why not 10,000? You can!

Never see that little trophy you have won and predict the end of your determination for greater laurels. Keep going higher no matter how high you have already gone.

Remember that, the Swag of today is the Rag of tomorrow! Whatever makes you feel like "Woo, I have arrived", may make you feel shy tomorrow! Simply, today's excellence is tomorrow's mediocrity, so be firm and insist to persist and resist every thought of complacency attempting to make you remain where you are!

Go, keep going until you are fully gone; and then go a little more! Let's go now!

The role that people play in your life can determine how far you can go. Football Coaches do play football matches; their attitudes toward the game in times of tendencies of losing can cause a change in the scores of the games!

You got to be around people who encourage you, advice you and want to see you go even higher and higher than they themselves are! Friends who mock your dreams are not qualified to keep dusting your door step with their footprints every time. There comes some special times that you got to keep "impossibility thinkers" behind you and walk with those are prepared to go forward with you because that is the only option to keep you going!

A good coach can be a caring parent, a wise teacher, an exemplary pastor, a passionate friend or a devoted mentor. Keep in touch with all of them especially at the time they are needed. However, the best ever spiritual coach you can ever have is Jesus Christ; our model of true leadership!

7 Rules to maintain your Superiority Complex

1. Never feel down by the sins you have committed. Regret will do nothing; Repent and do something! Apostle Paul was once a sinner but what he said after repenting was “I can do all things”!

2. Feel great about who you are; appreciate who you are made up of; don’t think about who you are not. It will do nothing to you! Van der Sar never worries about why he was not a striker!

3. Keep negative people long metres away from you; their presence is a threat to your high self-esteem! Job, the man of God kept his wife afar before he could make it again!

4. Encourage yourself always. Reward yourself; tell yourself you can. Ben Carson agreed he could do it; he truly did it!

5. If you fail, try again. If you fail again, try again and again! You may not know how closer you are to your laurels when you give up! Persist!

6. Don’t be jealous of others. Everyone is busily chasing after big dreams. You got to dream your own and chase after it. Other people’s dreams are not your own, so why jealous?

7. Read about people who once failed but later made it great! Read about J.K Rowling, Thomas Edison, Abraham Lincoln. They were first time and high time global failures but made it great at last!
