Maintain your integrity!

Live life in such a way that when another person tells his or her truth, you'll not be committed for blame. Integrity involves the ability to stand straight when you tell your truth, and still stand straight when the other person comes to talk!

The truth may roar, but it's roaring does not terrify the blameless. Guilty conscience needs neither a critic nor an accuser. Remember, the truth has no crutches; once it is limping, its name is "a lie'.

Work hard in the day; as hard as you can even if no one is watching you! Work harder in the night; as harder as if everyone's eyes are on you. Whatever you do in the darkness tells more about who you are that what you do well in light. Without!

To maintain your integrity, be a person who does not violate the principles of the truth. Vote for truth even if you have to vote alone; believe it "your vote will not be lost"!

 Believe that you are responsible for your own accomplishments God deposited in you!

·        Believe that success is not luck; it is the result a deliberate effort to do a hard work!

·        Believe that prayer works through faith and action; and actions taken with convictions!

·        Believe that great people took great steps. Weak people took weak steps!

·        Believe that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!

·        Believe that you must not allow great tasks to frighten you just because they look great!

·        Believe that you must not waste your energy pursuing clustered tasks, but rather plot them strategically against the available time!

·        Believe that you can prepare and plan every single day and at the end account for a joyful day!

·        Believe that you can break things down and assemble them to work for you!

·        Believe that greater is He, that is in you than He that is in the world!

·        Believe that you can control and dominate in your field of endeavour, so you must conquer every strong obstacle behind or ahead of you!

·        Believe that to complete well as a successful climber, you must never think of descending too early. Keep climbing upwards!

·        Believe that you will construct new paths, new journeys, and new impacts for others to benefit them! Create new opportunities for others!

·        Believe you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!

·        Believe that you need somebody who will give you guidance and correction!

·        Believe and pray for the best companionship and the wisdom to discern the thought of your associates!

·        Believe you must serve as a blessing to everyone in your companionship!

·        Believe you can get there when you take the positive and healthy path!

·        Believe that iron sharpens iron; you can sharpen the countenance of another person!

·        Believe that every human being must be guided!

·        Believe that every human being has something inside him/her that counts!

·        Believe that everyone was sent to leave a mark on earth!

·        Believe that everyone is fallible, you may make mistakes!

·        Believe that everyone must be sharpened before he can be able to work!

Believe it and you will achieve it!

Dare to excel...

You have two options to choose from as an aspiring achiever; either you become excellent or you become excellent! Mediocrity is never part of the option and that means you must dare become excellent by force no matter which obstacles and who tries to stop you!

Excellence is making a rubber shoe initially; later making a leather shoe; then later making a leather shoe with gold medal on top and then making a golden shoe with diamond medal on top; going to make a real diamond shoe! Excellence is habits acquired by continuous improvement on the little things you do with a firm believe that it's going to be better than before!

Start lifting your brand off the ground with an excelling mentality becoming best at what you do. You can't afford to be an average person although you may have begun from a level below average. Don't sit on the fence; break it and move out! Don’t be confined to the little things you do; the sky should be below your limit!

Refuse to become a victim of your circumstances and give a lift to your potentials each and every day. Most people who are global achievers were once victims of greater circumstances than yours, but they had one word to sum it up; "They never give up!

In short words, don't give up! It's either you win or you win!

Talk to strangers politely...

Every friend you have now was once a stranger, but not every stranger becomes a friend. However, it is unpredictable for you to know which of the strangers you are about to meet that becomes your friend.

It is therefore a helpful tactics to talk politely when communicating; this helps maintain a cordial link that becomes the floor for many interesting connections to land. Avoid the use of abusive words when communication is in session; you might scare away someone who is meant to become your mentor or your customer.

Never forget that when connections get destroyed by means of bad communication, it's good communication that resolves them. Don't be shy to say "I am sorry"; Never feel too big to say "Please forgive me"; Don't think it's unnecessary to say "thank you"; Never feel bad to admit "I am wrong"!

Be quick to resolve conflicts before they mature to become wars. Avoid hating people because you might have destroyed the bridge you have just used to cross the river; you'll need that bridge to cross again when returning! Get connected to the right people and don't turn every stranger that you get into contact with!

Just say no and act right!

Times come when you have to call a spade a spade, but not a "small spoon". A little redefined word can make a sentence meaningless. Wake up and say "no" to things that will only fake your dreams. Act right!

Say "no" to corruption; it does not fit you! Say "no" to bad leadership; you don't fit there. Say "no" to immorality; it will only fake you! Be bold to say "no" if that is what will take your breakfast away; you will get a sweeter lunch pack for compensation sooner.

I have noticed that sometimes, our success, promotion and accomplishments become real when we say "no" to some things and act the right way. The potential that drives you to do that is called "self-discipline".

No matter how sweet is smells, if you know it will give you a discomfort later, don't attempt to taste it. Discipline yourself to be a disciple of great works and to do that excellently, you have to wave "bye-bye" to some things and then switch off your inner person not to go near them again!

Get up and say a Capital NO!

Do it again and again!

Consistency makes the rain drops to create holes in the rock. Whatever is difficult can be done easily with regular attendance, attention and action!

You may be too quick to admit the difficulty of a specific task. The question is difficult "how many times have you tried dealing with it"? Stays focused and channel your little efforts through a common canal and you will marvel at the pressure you create in that canal.

One, two or three steps alone do not guarantee the evidence of your fulfillment unless you have your own peculiar definition for success. A journey of thousand miles Lao Tzu said "must begin with a step". It means the combined effect of many steps is the equivalence of a great journey!

Have you started already? Keep it up! Are you getting tired? Don't give up! Did you quit? You can do it again! Great accomplishments do not come with big steps; they come with little steps taken in installments!

Do it and do it again. I know you can!

Quit the blame game!

The blame game is already a lost game, so don't attempt dressing up to play it! Blames create no change; winners don't apportion blames!

Stop blaming people for not making you to achieve your dreams. The question is "are they the people having those dreams?" As far as it’s ideal that you get helped by people, it doesn't mean they are compelled to make your dreams come true without your efforts. No matter how you are taught by your teacher about how to recite a poem, it is impossible to wear your teacher's smiling face to the stage. You got to change your own face into a smiling one!

You will learn. but you have to act. You will be given, but you have to receive. Stretch your hands and take up your laurels by the power put in you!

Avoid the penalties of the blame game; you are destined to be an achieve!
