#1. Fear of Starting:(Seven types of FEAR that drives success away)

Most people cannot start living their true dreams because of this fear and this means as long as that fear is not dealt with; they will remain dreamers but not dream workers. They express their fears in statements like; “I am not sure this will succeed”, “what if it couldn’t work?”, “my master will be angry”, “I am not yet qualified” etc. That is a real fear. In the parable of talents, Jesus Christ taught about how fear makes a person not to use his or her talents.

In that parable, all the people who were given talents made the best use of them except this man who confessed; “….I was afraid and went and hid your talent in the ground…” Matthew 25v25. Can you see the fear in this man? His feared to optimize the talents his master gave him because he was afraid of the circumstances he would find himself in if he could not make interests on his talents because his master was a “strict master”.

This was truly “a false impression appearing real” in his mind.

Your fears FEAR YOU!

Fear keep us static because of one reason; “our ignorance”. The fact is that “fear” itself fears us, but you may not know. It’s like a sheep in the wolf’s cloth and it will take your ignorance for it to drive you away.

Take a time to study the anatomy of your fear and you will realize that it is like a wall without foundations which a slight blow can demolish.

Ignorance becomes the linguist that keeps whispering to let you know that you can’t move out of that wall because it is strong. Never give up when you hear those terrifying voices telling you not to move on.

Don't listen to friends who are brave at packaging fear for you in their deceptive communications. They may come in words like; "after all, everyone tried it before, but it could not work". Everyone tried, and so what? You are not "everyone"; you are you and you got to believe that promptly!

People who attempt proving to you that "you can't make it" are the same people who will say "oh yes, we know you could do it".

Stays connected to your dreams and remember, YOUR FEARS ARE AFRAID OF YOUR PASSION. Any time you prove to them that you are afraid of them, it is then that the gather the vim to destroy your dreams.

Kill the fears now; your passion is your weapon!

Grow up, Move up!

It's when the seed grows up that it is known as the tree. Nobody calls the "seedlings" as "trees" and no seedling is even useful because it doesn't produce fruits!

No matter how potent your talents are, they remain to be out of use until you take time to develop them to their optimum level. This calls for preparation. Through preparation, personal branding, consistent exposure and productive connections, you set up a condition for your dreams to flourish and bear fruits!

People who go to exploit their talents after no or inadequate preparation only end up producing a little. That tells why you may plant the same variety of seeds on different lands and they grow and come out with different levels of sweetness! The condition is that every land had it's own level of preparation and that is the secret of the sweetness or bitterness of the fruits!

You cannot eat the fruits unless you climb up a little more. The fruits are on top and you got to go up to pluck it there. Don't stop learning; keep growing, keep going!

Nothing comes as an accomplishment instantly. Success does not come overnight. Patience is the key! Grow up and be the tree; but remember it takes dry and wet seasons to become a fruit bearer, achiever and impact maker!

Your potentials are called "potentials" because they are "potent". Don't make them impotent by your impatience!

God is there for you!

Against and above all limitations!

You may have been born on the rubbish damp. But be careful not to believe that the rubbish damp was born in you! Your environment may try to set conditions that may attempt their fingers on crippling you. But you got to stand and say "I thank you Lord that I am rising against and above my limitations"

The economy of your country shall never determine the size of your three square meals if you know you can rise against and above all limitations! The climatic emergencies in the weather shall never determine your survival rates if you know you are above their standards!

You are powerful beyond measures because the seed in you is a reserved forest in disguise! The thoughts in you are masses of great monuments in your tiny bony skull. You got to rise!

Yes, I meant it! You and I got to rise up! And when we rise against, we will rise above! If no one in our village ever did something indelible, we will become a combination of all those laurels and offload that heavy load of achievements for the benefit of our people!

You are rising, I am also rising! We are powerful, wonderful and beautifully made to be the heirs of our own destiny!

We are going!

More-tapes to measure!

Our critics make us strong!
Our fears make us bold!
Our haters make us wise!
Our foes make us active!
Our obstacles make us passionate!
Our losses make us wealthy!
Our disappointments make us appointed!
Our unseen treasures give us a known peace!

What a manner of privilege is it for the weak to say "I am strong"! Our weaknesses may be the weakest ever, but they cannot stand the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We are powerful beyond measures. No one can accurately measure the length and breadth of our power!

When our power is attempted to be measured out with a tape-measure, zillion tape-measures will be gone and they have to ask for more tape! More tapes cannot reach the end our power!

We are going as far as we can to grasp our trophies!
In Jesus' name!

Change the wine into water!

Life is not a straight or easy corridor along which we travel. Yes, it's true! Some things do happen some times and you got to accept them the way they arrived before you can do something next!

When life gives you a mess, change it into a message! Let the world know that message. Let it transform people; let it not mess you up. It may have been designed like that, so that your worst miseries will turn to become an interesting history!

When life gives you a lemon, make lemonade! Lemon is bitter, but lemonade is better; it’s sweet! Add your own flavours to the bitter stories that come to meet you unexpectedly. They will become sweeter!

Don't frown when you get hurt; never curse when you are disappointed! You are only adding pepper to your lemon after all. That is already a bitter solution. Never let the sun go down on that bitter solution; it will get fermented and smell badly! Think about it... It's not drinkable!

Life gives what it gives; you must make what you can make from it. If it gives you a wine, you can distil water from it and keep the chaff away! You are an artisan. You can carve a nice image even from the hardest wood. You can also choose to leave the wood untouched and lose your image!

That's what happens. When you refuse to curve your image well from the hard wood, you lose your image!

Don't lose it... Something good can come out from Nazareth! You can do it. I know you can! It's never late; You can! Go, try again!
